Final-sale safety items
Load-rated securement and lifting equipment — including tie-down chain, binders, straps, slings, hooks, shackles and similar items marked "Final sale" on the product page — cannot be returned once shipped. We can't verify how a load-bearing product was stored or used after it left our control, so we never resell it.
Other items
Items not marked final sale may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. To start a return, email sales@heavyhaulrigging.com with your order number. Please don't send anything back without a return authorization.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error was ours.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges and freight charges are not refundable.
- Custom, cut-to-length and special-order items are not returnable.
Our mistake? We'll fix it.
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it, including shipping — even for final-sale items.
