Where we ship
We ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico carry an additional remote-area surcharge shown at checkout.
Processing time
Most in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days. Custom-built assemblies, cut-to-length items and large orders may take longer; we'll email you if anything will be delayed.
Shipping methods & cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the actual weight of your order and the method you choose.
- Standard Ground — typically 3–7 business days after it ships.
- Expedited — typically 2–3 business days after it ships.
- LTL Freight — orders over 150 lbs ship by truck freight with liftgate service. The carrier will call the phone number on your order to schedule delivery, so please make sure it's correct. Someone must be present to receive and sign for freight.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check status anytime on the Track Order page.
Damaged or missing items
Inspect your shipment on arrival. For freight, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Report damage, shortages or incorrect items within 7 days at sales@heavyhaulrigging.com and we'll make it right.
